Digital Products

Our program kits consist primarily of digital deliverables, including PDF files and audio downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase if:

• You have not downloaded or accessed the digital files included in your purchase.
• The product files are corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from the description on our website.
• You were charged incorrectly or received a duplicate order.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available when:

• Digital files have been downloaded or accessed.
• The request is made more than fourteen (14) days after the purchase date.
• The product was purchased during a promotional sale where refund terms were explicitly stated otherwise.

If you purchased the wrong program kit, contact us within fourteen (14) days. If you have not accessed the files, we may offer an exchange for a different kit of equal value.
